The lowest-priced new notebook I have seen online went for $349. I have seen refurbished notebook computers that include wireless go for a bit less, but in most cases the cheapest new notebook will be priced the same or even lower than the cheapest used notebook computer(with wireless card). A $399 new notebook is almost always a better deal than a $399 refurbished notebook computer in terms of features, functionality, and warranty.
